Mango Pavlova

This pavlova was a total hit. Easily one of the best I’ve ever had. The balance of dulce de leche, mango, and red fruits was perfect, not too sweet, incredibly fresh, and beautifully done. Everyone loved it.

I came across this place by chance when I saw repetitiously searched up “mango Pavlova” for my mother’s birthday. Looking as good as they are and seeing the extensive credentials and profile of this small business, I liked what I saw and placed an order, which I promptly picked up on the scheduled day. The owner and Baker herself, Flor, kept me in the loop as well as followed up after to ensure that everything was satisfaction. She made many small touches that made it look even better and I like how her website was designed with ease and compatibility in mind. Overall, the event was a success, and my mother loved the Pavlova. I shall return for another sweet treat soon.
