Q: Can I place an order for today?
A: For same day or next day orders, you must contact us at 7866533957, by phone or text message. There you will check the availability of the products.



Q: When should I place my order?
A: Orders must be placed 48 hours to a week in advance. Orders for the same day or the next day, you can contact us by phone, text message or call 7866533957 to check product availability.

Q: Can I request my delivery at a specific time?
A: Our delivery schedule is: in the morning from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., and in the afternoon from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m., without specific hours or less.


Q: What happens if I am not home when the delivery arrives?
A: Your delivery will be confirmed on the scheduled day. The driver will let you know when he's on his way. After that you need to continue the route. In that case, you may lose the entire order and the shipping fee.


Q: What are the pick up times?
A: We will give you a specific time to pick up your order based on available products and production times.

Q: Can I reschedule or cancel my order?
A: There is a $15 cancellation fee. Orders can only be rescheduled or canceled at least 24 hours in advance.


Q: Can I get a refund?
A: Only if you cancel or reschedule your order one or more days in advance. Otherwise, you will lose your order without a refund. For cancellations, there is a $15 fee.


Q: Do you ship to other cities/states?
A: We only ship to Miami Dade County.


Q: Is Pavlova Gluten Free?
A: Our pavlovas are not gluten free, however they do not contain any type of wheat products in their ingredients.
