A: For same-day or next-day orders, please contact us at 786-653-3957 via call or text to check availability.


Q: When should I place my order?
A: We recommend placing your order 48 hours to 1 week in advance to ensure availability.
For last-minute orders, feel free to contact us directly to check what’s available.

Q: Can I request my delivery at a specific time?

A: We offer delivery within scheduled time windows to ensure quality and freshness:

Morning: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Afternoon: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Specific delivery times are not guaranteed.


Q: What happens if I am not home when the delivery arrives?
A: Your delivery will be confirmed on the scheduled day, and the driver will notify you when he is on the way.

If no one is available to receive the order, the delivery will be completed and the order will be considered fulfilled. No refunds or re-deliveries will apply.


Q: What are the pick up times?
A: Pickup times are scheduled based on production and availability.

You will receive a specific pickup time once your order is confirmed.

Q: Can I reschedule or cancel my order?
A: We understand plans can change.
Orders can be rescheduled or canceled with at least 3 days’ notice.
A $15 processing fee will apply.


Q: Can I get a refund?
A: Refunds are available for cancellations made 3 or more days in advance, minus the $15 processing fee.

Orders modified with less than 3 days’ notice are non-refundable, as each creation is made fresh and specially for you.


Q: Do you ship to other cities/states?
A:At the moment, we offer delivery within Miami-Dade, Broward, and West Palm Beach.

Delivery fees may vary depending on the distance.


Q: Is Pavlova Gluten Free?
A: Yes, our pavlovas are naturally gluten-free, made with carefully selected ingredients.
