What is a pavlova?
A pavlova is a meringue-based dessert: a base that is crispy on the outside and soft, almost marshmallow-like on the inside, topped with whipped cream and fresh fruit. It is named after the Russian ballerina Anna Pavlova, and both Australia and New Zealand proudly claim it as their own.
The result is a dessert that feels light but indulgent at the same time: crunchy, creamy and fresh in every bite.
What makes our pavlova different
At Pavlova by FM we did not stop at the classic recipe. Our pavlovas are built on a crunchy almond meringue base: the almonds are baked right into the meringue, which gives it a deeper flavor and a satisfying crunch you won’t find anywhere else.
We then layer it with artisan dulce de leche or Nutella, our signature house cream and fresh fruit like strawberries, kiwi, blueberries, peach or mango.
Is pavlova gluten-free?
Yes. Our Classic Pavlova is naturally gluten-free, which makes it a great option for guests who avoid gluten. Our Cakelovas include a tres leches cake and contain gluten, but we can also prepare them gluten-free on request. Just text us at 786-653-3957 before ordering.

How to keep your pavlova perfect
Keep it refrigerated until serving and enjoy it the same day, since it is made with fresh cream and fruit. If you are driving, place the box on a flat surface and keep the air conditioning on.
